Issues mapping to network drive.
Our images are all on a network drive that is mapped as T:. Everything works
perfectly so no problem there. The problem is that we are wanting to update the network drive hardware. To test the new drive before we actually switch over, we mirrored the original drive onto the new one and then mapped it as T: using its IP address. XM does not see the image files on this new drive. If we map T: back to the original drive they all show up again. Somehow XM is seeing the two drives as different despite being mapped the same. I'm hoping it's the name of the drive that's doing this (the name will be changed to the original when we switch over)? Or are there possibly other issues as well? Thanks, Andy |
