Expression Blend Application Prerequisties
Is there a KB article or such that specifies the prerequisites to run an
application built with Blend 2? I haven't found any information on this. Are these prerequisites the same for building applications on/for vista x64? I currently have tried with all versions of .net from 1.0 sp3 to 3.5 sp1 beta installed, platform sdk 6000 and server 2008 sdk and still the application crashes w/ a XmlParserException when creating a control derived from the System.Windows.Forms.Control or sometimes other classes defined in the applications c# code itself ( the xaml parsing succeeds but there are runtime invocation errors ). I've been able to get a working build on XP 32bit which runs on other XP 32bit systems but crashes with the same error on Vista x64. I will be testing w/ Vista 32 soon, but it would be nice to know if there are any known issues, as I haven't yet found any mention of such anywhere on msdn. |

Re: Expression Blend Application Prerequisties
Have you tried using Blend 2.5 fix for .NET Fx SP1?
