EM2 - geo tagging?

coming from IView, I evaluate the EM2 trial and will probably buy the
update.

On the amazon product page there is geo tagging listed as a feature next
to a screenshot of EM2 with a map

i cannot find it in the trial - did I look not hard enough or is this
disabled in the trial?

Ok, I was not looking hard enough: Window => Virtual Earth

There it is. But how is it supposed to work?

"Drag images here to update GPS data"

I tried that, both with JPG and RAW (NEF) files - nothing happens apart
from cursor turning into a "don't enter" sign (or so)

Please, how does Geo tagging work?
