EM stopped importing kodak raw files???
Yikes... I'm wasting more time fussing with my catalogs... first I tried
breaking up the file because it was getting up to 1.4gb but copying sections to a new catalog seemed not to work, so I decided shuffle my storage folders around to make more sense and started all over and tried to import everthing... but about two/thirds of the way through, there is a large number of kodak raw files that did not import... some before and some after. I tried rebuilding the items...nothing. I tried re-importing the folders that had the problems... wouldn't even scan the files. I have these same images imported in the early file but all the locations are wrong so it doesn't seem likely I will get them from that file. also, this new catalog seems to be almost twice the size of the first one which is going to make it pretty slow... is there a reason for that? thanks, Tom |

RE: EM stopped importing kodak raw files???
The problem is larger than the first post. EM will not import some NEF files
either. Threre seems to be no logic to which ones do not import (they have all been imported in previous catalogs and some NEFs from the same sequence of shots do get imported) I'm using both EM 1sp1 and EM2 beta on several vista machines with all updates. any ideas welcome... I really need this to work!!! thanks, tom "Tom O''Connell" wrote: > Yikes...
