HTML Galleries works in iView and not in EM SP1

I generate HTML galleries with a custom template and some special characters
are not properly managed in EM fields.

Hi Christophe,

I was able to reproduce however I couldn't find a solution to work around
the issue. I'll document and report this issue to our product group for
further investigation.
