Multiple images layered

I want three images to slide/appear over the top of each other one at a time,
when the website page opens.
They are to be the same size and each one to appear exactly over the top of
the preceding one so only the top one is visible. I want 1 second between
each image.
The idea is that the web page visitor sees the first image of a busy road,
then the second image of the road less busy and then the final image with an
empty road.
The top and final image will have the business strap line over it of 'For a
Clearer Way Ahead'.

I have the three images stored on my PC. The third and final image has the
text on it already.

How do I achieve this with Expression Studio.

Thank you,
