ProPhoto RGB Color Profile Issue

When I use the ProPhoto RGB color profile within my photo editing application
and save the file using this profile my EM2 rendering displays the photo with
a distinct red color cast. If I switch color profiles to Adobe RGB my EM2
rendering looks fine. I don't see this red color cast within my photo
editing application.

Is there a known issue for photos that have ProPhoto RGB color profiles in
EM2?

Here are my details: EM2 Version 2.0.1477.0, Windows XP, Media Rendering
Color Match turned on.
