Frontpage themes & add ins zip

Hello, I have received a zip file named "33 FrontPage Themes & Add Ins".
When I look in the folder there are a lot of application files. Is there
anyway I can verify these before opening them? Or does anyone recognise the
file title? The file is 43.8 meg.

Hope someone can help

Trevor
