Can't connect to Win2003 server using FP2002. Linux servers OK

When I try to connect to my Win2003 host using FP2002 - my computer hangs.

I can publish using FP2002 to the 2003 server without problems. I can also
connect to Linux/FP extention servers - no problem.

But I cannot open FP explorer. I get vertual memory errors. I have tried
deleting *.web files. But still, no luck. I spent a couple of days searching
MSKB. Reloaded FP. Have I found a bug?
