Is there a way to update a news frame with front page without using a
cms like content seed or flypage. Right now I have it so that to
update, I change the html from the source (in a scrolling frame). I
would like to be able to have the frame load a page that I can update
easily with text. What I really want is to allow non-technical people
to update the web page while I maintain control of the design of the
site.
