Re: Customize right-click pop-up menu?

Assuming Word 2003, yes. Choose Tools - Customize - and click on Shortcut
Menus. You'll then get a Popup that contains access points for Text, Table,
and Draw shortcut (right button popup) menus. You might need to experiment
some to figure out what controls what, since the labels are a bit cryptic.

When you find the desired target popup menu, drag commands from the Commands
tab in the Customize dialog and drop them where desired.

Thank you, Herb. I should have specified Word 2007, but, I will asume the
same proceedures as you describe (for 2003) and try it. Thanks. JJS

Re: Customize right-click pop-up menu?

Hi J.J.S.,

For Word 2007 changes to the right click menu require a bit of VBA (macro) work rather than making changes in the Word Options. MS
Word MVP Greg Maxey has a helpful article on this here:

Re: Customize right-click pop-up menu?

No. Word 2007's popup menus aren't customizable using the interface. You'd
need to delve into VBA for that.
