My Outlook 2003 Email Editor(WORD) crashes when signature is included
after installing SP3 of office. with out the signature it works fine.
Has this happened to anyone else and is there solution for this?

Hi,

I was also having a problem with Word crashing when I went to create a new
email. Your post led me to investigate the signatures.

I played with the signature format and eventually what solved it for me was
removing a table that I was using to put a border around the text.

I changed the signature to use a text box with a border instead and this
works. Visually it looks exactly the same as before, but Word doesn't crash.

This only started to occur very recently - I'm not sure if it was after an
automatic update. I certainly haven't changed my signature in months.

Also, it only occured when using HTML format to create messages.
