What version of Office 2003 are you using? If it's Office 2003 sp3, then you
have a problem. Microsoft's answer to the problem is really bad:

Guess will have to wait for them to sort it out.....?

I agree. If MS doesnt fix this in the next few weeks, I am going back
to SP2. Progress that takes functionality away simply does not meet my
expectations.
