Cursor jumps to bottom of page in Word when I hit "Enter"
It is so annoying, and I can't find anything on the subject online. I
have no idea why it does this. I can't type at all! Not touchpad problems. I can't type in the area the cursor skips, obviously, no scrolling. And before that, it wouldn't respond to the margin settings (it wouldn't display the top and bottom margins no matter what I did), but that's now magically fixed. Now the jumping problem.. what to do?? Advertisement |

Re: Cursor jumps to bottom of page in Word when I hit "Enter"
What to do depends on what version of Word you have. Unfortunately, you
don't seem to know, and we can't see your screen from here. In Word 2003 or earlier, click on File | Page Setup | Layout tab | Vertical alignment: Top | Apply to: Whole document | Default | OK. In Word 2007, click on Page Layout | Margins: Custom Margins | Layout tab | Vertical alignment: Top | Apply to: Whole document | Default | OK. If you are prompted to save changes to your global template when you exit Word, say yes. esraahalim*********** wrote: > It is so annoying, and I can't find anything on the subject online.
