Microsoft update creating problem

I have had no problems with my system until a recent update on my computer.
Now whenever I reboot my system I get the following.

Popup.exe - ordinal not found

The ordinal 2821 could not be located in the dynamic link library LIBEAY32.dll

This newsgroup is for questions about Microsoft Office. Do you have a
question about Microsoft Office?

This error is due to an office update

Re: Microsoft update creating problem

Actually getting the same error message and tons of Outlook errors in
eventviewer - Event ID 35 - Failed to determine if the store is in the
crawl scope (error=0x8007043c).

Anyone finding a solution for this problem. Web searches are not
coming up with anything...at least in English.

Re: Microsoft update creating problem

Hey MVP, stating interesting hypothesis does not help anyone. I am having the
exact same problem after an office update. I wish you would be a little less
Cavalier and more helpful. If you do not have any suggestions, do not reply
to the posts!
