Look on the Symantec Support site for assistance with this issue - it is a result of a Symantec program.

I have heard that story too. Uninstalled Nortons completely and then ran the

msvcr80.dll is normally found in the Windows\system32 or WINNT\system32
folder, depending on your version of Windows. If it's not there, getting a copy and putting it ther may help. Since it's a DLL, it may need to be registered in order to make it available. msvcr80.dll is normally found in the Windows\system32 or WINNT\system32
