how do I repair office document imaging?
When I try to run Microsoft Office Document Imaging since I upgraded to
Office 2007, it wont run. I keep getting a message that it cant find mspcore.dll. It tells me to reinstall it, but I cant find it on my office cd's and the repair features havent helped either. Does anyone know how I can reinstall this program so that I can use it again? |

Re: how do I repair office document imaging?
Uninstall and then reinstall the Microsoft Office Document Imaging
feature using your Office 2003 or 2007 CD: 1. Close all running applications. If you have any Office application running, the MODI feature will not be installed properly. 2. Click on Start | Control Panel | Add or Remove Programs. 3. Click on "Microsoft Office 2003" or "Microsoft Office 2007" and then click on "Change". 4. Check "Add or Remove Features" and click "Next". 5. On the bottom of the page check "Choose advanced customization of applications." and click "Next". 6. Under Microsoft Office click on the + sign in front of "Office Tools" to expand the category. 7. Click on the little black downward-pointing triangle to the left of "Microsoft Office Document Imaging" and select "Not Available". 8. Click on "Update" to uninstall the MODI feature. 9. Repeat steps 1 to 6 to go back to the same location you were before. 10. Click on the little black downward-pointing triangle to the left of "Microsoft Office Document Imaging" and select "Run All from My Computer". 11. Click on "Update" to reinstall the MODI feature. toddkathleen wrote: > When I try to run Microsoft Office Document Imaging since I upgraded to > Office 2007, it wont run.
