Office Sharepoint Designer - Workflow Variables
Not sure if this the right newsgroup for this, but there doesn't seem to be
one for Sharepoint Designer 2007. Anyways, I'm designing a workflow for a WSS 3.0 site using Sharepoint Designer 3.0. In one step, I need to collect a single piece of data from a user, a date. So, I went through and used the "collect data" action, which made a task, and programmed it to collect one date. In the "collect" part of the action, though, the variable it uses isn't Date/Time, but rather List Item ID. If I try to change it to a Date/Time, the workflow doesn't deploy and throws an error. If I don't change it, the data is useless becasue I can't make comparisons. What gives? Thanks, Nick Sabatino |
