virtual earth

BK

I cannot get virtual earth to work.

I've checked and double check every possible problem as directed by Microsoft.

When I launch VE, the world shows, then in two seconds it turns into a big
read circle. I cant see anything, no matter what I do. the screen is just
red.

I would really like to use this program, can anyone suggest a solution?

It is not related to Microsoft Office which is what this group supports. Suggest you google VE to find a group that supports it or see the help files/forums on the Virtual Earth site.
