Error on install of Office 2007

Windows Vista Ultimate
Office Enterprise 2007
I receive tthe message:
"Setup cannot continue because a required file is either corrupted or not
available. Run setup again from the original source disc or download
location."

MS support has been no help. What file is corrupt or not available?
Where do I get file to replace.
