What should I say as a good objective in applying for a manager j

I am apllying for a Health Care Manager's job.I need a eye catching,serious
and sincere objective statement in updating my resume.

Personally, I don't know that I'd want to be managed by someone who:
-- doesn't have enough initiative and industry to do their own work
-- doesn't pay attention to the details (like spelling and grammar)
that speak of professionalism
-- doesn't know their own mind well enough to have a clear and serious
objective
-- would rather rely on someone else's words that sound good, instead
of simply being honest and up front

These are things a good manager is supposed to impart to the people
under them.
