Outlook 2003 cannot receive emails
I've been using Outlook 2003 w/ my Cox email account successfully for several
years. However, since Saturday I have not been able to receive email in Outlook. I can send email, but cannot receive it. I checked my Cox email online and the account is receiving email but it is not coming through on Outlook. I called Cox and they told me they don't support this problem. The error message I'm getting in Outlook is: Task 'pop.west.cox.net - Receiving' reported error (0X80042108). Unable to connect to your incoming (POP3) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message contact your server administrator or ISP." Cox says it isn't them but Outlook is sending just fine - it can't receive. Any thoughts? |

Re: Outlook 2003 cannot receive emails
We have the exact same problem. Except we get no error message. Cox claims its outlook. -- jarden88 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ jarden88's Profile: View this thread: |
