RE: FileError_22001
Although this might not be helpful, seeing as though I have lost 100's of
hours of work and photographs I will never recover. This is the straw that has broken the proverbial Camel's back. I will be reformatting my PC and installing Ubuntu. The lack of comment by M$ confirms my decision. They seem so much like the Financial Industry right now and the political machinery in this democracy, (See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil and deny any involvement). Unfortunately the virus broke on Black Monday (well known for targeting online shoppers... go figure?)..Well fortunately I dont do any shopping online so I hope that you will all be safe from the credit card fraud out there. Cheers M$ can I get a refund for all the money spent on your crappy OS and apps ? Also should I lose info is it my fault (efs was enabled) or should I just wait for Windows 7 ? The most secure platform ever after 3.11? "tombodett7" wrote: > Everytime I open an existing MS Office file, I get an error > "FileError_22001".
