Genuine advantage

All my life i have defended microsoft saying it has rightful and awesome
service but now im just angry at microsoft
I bought a perfectly legal unopen OEM of
MICROSOFT OFFICE PPROFFESSIONAL 2003
and when i went to update, i was told, that my $300 LEGAL software WAS NOT
genuine.

MY suggestion is that microsoft fix their genuine system, because i was
completely
offended since i was just accused FALSELY on using pirating software

OEM software is meant to be sold ONLY with a machine built by an OEM, not through retail channels. Seems like you may have fallen for one of the oldest tricks in the books, trying to save a little $$ by buying an OEM disc you are not entitled to.

From whom did you buy this software? Did you take advantage of Microsoft's offer to get a genuine disk? Did you take advantage of Microsoft's offer to report this problem to their piracy website/email address?

Yes It is genuine the resason i know that is since not only the cd has the
laser embedded emblem, but also it came in a professionally packed, meaning
factory package, with the product in the correct place
also about the OEM i dont know if u know this but you can buy them off sites
that sell computer components, and software,
big companies like
newegg
tigerdirect
zipzoomfly zipzoomfly.com

these guys are all legit and have thousands and thousands of customers,
especially those who like to customize their pc
so this is the reason exactly why i know the one i own is genuine, and a
genuine cd
in he end resulting that it is actually microsoft at fault here
