Why am I Disconnected?

My Outlook 2003 says "Disconnected" in the lower right corner. When I try to
reconnect to the Exchange Server it goes through the motions of connecting
and then says "Disconnected" (not Offline). If I create a new profile and
login as a new person it connects just fine, however, if I recreate my own
profile, it stays disconnected.

Any help would be appreciated.

This might work--Open Outlook, select File on the menu and uncheck Work
Offline.
