Outlook 2007 persistent error LCID 1033

Ever since I installed Office Ultimate 2007 on my Vista Ultimate system
Outlook frequently stops working or stops working temporarily. On every
occasion a report is sent to Microsoft but as yet I am unaware of a
solution.

Can anyone please offer a solution to the following error message?

Microsoft Office Outlook had an unexpected error. It was not critical so you
were not interrupted when the problem occurred.
