New mail window always on top
I have a user with Office 2003 who has noticed that when he opens new mail
window, it stays on top of all other open windows, even when he uses the ALT + TAB to try and change the window in view. Any ideas how to change this? thanks. -- jimbo345 |

RE: New mail window always on top
Well, there are two initial ways to take care of that. One is to go to that
user's PC or remote in if you can and then bring up a command prompt. Navigate to the office folder and then input: outlook.exe /cleanprofile With the cleanprofile switch it might jsut repaire the user's profile and then you should be okay. If that does not work then you are going to need to delete and then readd the user's outlook profile. This is not hard and with a little prep no data is lost. I can fill in the blanks on that one if the first fix doesn't work. Let me know. -- "No, no. Psychopaths kill for no reason. I kill for money. It's a job..... That didn't come out right."
