Can't open emails saved as msg format on Laptop
I used to save some emails as Outlook Message Format (.msg), and I never have
any problem opening them from Outlook 2003 SP2, on my old computer running Windows 2000 Professional. I can't open those saved msg files now on a laptop running Windows XP, from Outlook 2003, even after I updated it to SP3. When I clicked on the msg file, I saw the Outlook icon blink, but nothing happened. Please help. |
