Outlook 2003 Email Sorting Problem
I have a few users who say their Outlook 2003 sort behavior is acting up a
bit. Let's say you have an email highlighted and you wanted to sort your Inbox by the From field. What should happen is that the Inbox should resort and position the user to the previously highlighted email in the list with all the other emails sent by that person. What's happening with some users is that when the From button is clicked, the emails sort but positions at the top of the list. Does anybody know what's going on here? |

I am having the same problem also. The sorting only seems to work sometimes. but most of the time after the emails are sorted, the list goes back to the top email, no matter what kind fo sort was done.
