Communicator? Isn't that Netscape's e-mail client? How is that an
Outlook issue?

While not an Outlook issue, as you say, the OP is referring to Office
Communicator.

You can enable the Conversation History folder in Outllok if you choose to do
so.
You can also install the Archiving and CDR server role and build or buy an
application to display conversations directly from the DB.
