I have created a signature in Outlook to appear in all mail. The set font in
mail is arial. In the ' create signature' window the entire signature text
appears in arial. But when starting a new email the signature will
consistently show up with 1 Line (company name in bold) in Times New Roman).
I notice that spaces between lines in the signature are set to Times as well.

How can I change this?
