Re: missing emails

Perhaps, but we'll need a lot more information. To start with What
version of Outlook are you using? Do you receive mail from anybody?

Is there a copy of your sent test e-mail in your Sent Items folder? Did
it actually get sent (or is it still in your Outbox folder)?

Send yourself a test e-mail. Exit Outlook. Then use the webmail
interface to your e-mail account to see if your message is there.

I believe i can see emails coming in on receipt but cant locate them. Ie it
may show receiving 5 emails but only 3 go into and are accessable from my in
box.

any other suggestion? I have sent copies of everything to my email provider
in hopes that they can help.

Try the "Test Account settings" function in Tools-Account Settings rather
than sending an email yourself - that will give error messages that may be
instructive...

Re: missing emails

Do you have an antispam solution that may be quarantining these
messages?
