Question regarding Blackjack II

I have a BalckJack II mobile phone. At home I use Outlook 2003 and at work I have to use Lotus Notes (Yuk!). I can sync my phone with either one (with Notes I have to use mNotes). The problem is that I like to sync with both of them. When I tried this, I lost all may contacts and calendar at home (Outlook)!
Does anyone know how I can bring both calendars and contacts from Outlook and Notes into BlackJack?
