I've had a BlackBerry Curve 8300 for about a week now, and I'm kind of addicted to it Today I'm going out to the AT&T store to get the new BlackJack which I think is v3... Does anyone know if it's really worth it? It's only $50 anyway, which is surprising But anyway, do you think it's worth it or not?

Oh, and I forgot to mention, is it just as easy to get apps onto the BlackJack as it is on the BlackBerry? I like being loaded with apps

OUCH I was gonna add to a family plan, forget it now. Too much WAY too much!!! Well, now, I've got a GoPhone AT&T service on my BlackBerry 8300 (Curve v1). Everytime I do something, that is go on the internet or check Yahoo! Go or even make a call, I get this annoying text from AT&T telling me how much money I lost and how much is left. I already know that there is no way to dissable this horrid thing, but what I want to know is this: How do I disable the noise that comes EVERY time that I get a message? I get this text every other second because I do a lot of things on the internet especially Yahoo! Go... which makes it do a ton a internet transactions a second. So, there is this annoying ding-dong sound that comes everytime a message arrives. How do I get rid of that sound. I've already tried making a profile. Please don't be a wisecrack and say "Pour some water on the speakers That will take care of it!"! lol k, thanks!

Re: BlackBerry Curve 8300 vs. BlackJavk v3

I hear the biggest advantage of a Windows Mobile 6 smartphone over a BlackBerry is the ability to use and edit Microsoft Office docs with Mobile office or Docs to go. I have a Moto Q 9c. I like being able to bring along my Excell files. I like my everything plan that is everything as much as you want and I like the Win Mobile 6. I had a Palm based PDA for years, switched to Windows Mobile PDA then and now the phone. I'm used to it so it works for me.
