PC suite doesn't detect nokia 5310 Xpressmusic

I was trying to connect nokia 5310 xpressmusic with dell latitute. Latest version of Nokia PC suite is already installed. As soon as I connected phone to USB cable "A new hardware was detected". But while installing the driver, windows(vista) says" Driver found but could not install as the name is being used for some other purpose(service)". As installation failed, PC suite couldn't detect the phone. I tried to connect phone to other laptop and it worked fine.
Bluetooth is not an option.
