All,

I am trying to setup my E61 to download Gmail using POP. I chose not
to use the Gmail application so I can browse and reply while offline
on the tube.

While I am able to use the account perfectly using WiFi, when I
connect to 3 it keeps trying to download mail from Gmail and
eventually fails. Curiously, sending emails works just fine.

I am using the default settings from the phone's wizard to create a
Gmail account. I am on Mix&Match with Internet Max.
