I would still ring O2, on the number I gave you, they are saying its an old
tarrif? and you went on it in September , what, 2 months ago, did you get
the s/e 800i then? How many minutes/cash do you pay monthly? perhaps they
will let you change.....perhaps not....

Hi Shelia,

no I bought the phone in Jan 2006 on an 18 month contract. It was
actually June, I changed - I was going to go PAYG, but they made this
tarriff sound attractive ...

I shall await their reply with interest - I have expressed my
displeasure - I'm sure they understood that ...

I was able to come out of my 18 month contract, as they changed their terms
and conditions drastically, i.e., the charging for the 0870 numbers, which
used to come out of your minutes, I am now on a simplicity tarrif which is
only a monthly one, for 5 less than I was paying before, I now have four
times the minutes, and double the texts,I had before, I haven't used my
minutes yet, nor the texts, they are very generous, 800 mins, and 1000
texts, inc MMS. I personally wouldn't bother with the webform, ring
support, they are much more helpful, usually a Scottish person, and are
really friendly.
