I would still ring O2, on the number I gave you, they are saying its an old
tarrif? and you went on it in September , what, 2 months ago, did you get the s/e 800i then? How many minutes/cash do you pay monthly? perhaps they will let you change.....perhaps not.... I was able to come out of my 18 month contract, as they changed their terms and conditions drastically, i.e., the charging for the 0870 numbers, which used to come out of your minutes, I am now on a simplicity tarrif which is only a monthly one, for £5 less than I was paying before, I now have four times the minutes, and double the texts,I had before, I haven't used my minutes yet, nor the texts, they are very generous, 800 mins, and 1000 texts, inc MMS. I personally wouldn't bother with the webform, ring support, they are much more helpful, usually a Scottish person, and are really friendly. |
