Microline Mobiles Court over non payment of cashback

I am taking microline mobiles to court due to the non payment of
cashback.

I have used them without any problems for 4 years, however 3G have
delayed printing the 12th bill until the final (13th bill) which is
what my case hinges on.

Microline require you to send in the 1st 12 copies of the bill.

Bill no. 1 is generated the very next day after signing the contract,
hence i need month 11 (12th bill)
3G like i mentioned before delay printing this bill until the final
bill and they send this together.

I need something in writing from three or else my case will collapse.
Microline say that I was out of time.
