how do you extend timeout on virgin voicemail
I read on one of the groups last week how to increase the timeout on virgin
voicemail up to 30 seconds but can't find the info now ?, anyone help on how to do it please ?. |

The original thread refered to t-mobile (which Virgin use) is here: but to recap, "Hi, If you are on contract you can change the time it takes before it diverts to Voicemail, Im not sure if this works on PAYG, I recently had trouble cancelling diverts to Voicemail on one of my phones (Virgin PAYG which uses T-Mobile). Anyway first of all you need your mailbox number, type in *#62# send to have this displayed then: Type *61*number*11*nn# where number is your mmailbox number to divert to and nn is number of seconds before diverting. (in 5 second increments with 30 secs being the longest)." Not sure if this works on virgin but you could try. HTH. |
