After going about doing any Microsoft Word related changes how do I restart

Quit Word and reopen it?

Click the Microsoft Word entry in the start menu?
However this seems to relate to your previous question concerning a
installing a second trial of Word. As you have already been told, you only
get one trial. Continuing to ask the same question is not going to change
this.
