Exhibits in MS Word

Hi, I have over 50 exhibits in my document which I have to label Exhibit 1., Exhibit 2., etc.

I want to automatically assign the # to the field so that if I have to add an Exhibit between 3 and 4, all the rest update automatically. Is this possible in either MS Word 2003 for XP or Mac Word 2008?
