Default Where can I find instruction for MS Raffle Tickets templates?

Downloaded MS's free Raffle Tickets template, has ticket numbers in stub and
on main ticket. Looking for instruction on use. Have problems customizing.
Can't change Raffle Ticket to read Reception Ticket or Dinner Ticket, etc, to
get the same font and text to appear on all tickets, numbers to start at 101
and print 400 tickets, (50 pages 8 tickets per page). Need to start at #401
if need more,

How do I copy the numbering formula placed in these tickets to other
homemade tickets. Have many fundraisers by our Lions Club and need numbers to
control the distribution of tickets to members for sale.

Avery and Office Depot quit makeing pre-numbered blank snap out tickets.
Please help. Have a huge Special Kids Day event soon and no numbered
tickets. Rene' De Luna, Secretary, Brentwood Lions Club, 7540 Balfour Rd.,
