    According to the release notes, this particular release only fixes the one issue listed as the second point: • [SLI], International Driver Versions: NVAPI crashes when reloading the driver in response to NvAPI_SetGpuTopologies(). [310539] • [SLI], International Driver Versions: The NVIDIA Control panel crashes when enabling SLI mode.[309105] If you already have the 158.18 release installed on non-international versions of Vista, you probably will not benefit from this update.
