Excellent Fedora rpm add-on repository (for fc5 you can add this to your yum, smart, or apt-rpm by installing this rpm)
For fc4 and other fedora or 3, check here for instructions.
This site also has nvidia rpm if you don't want to compile your own.
The rpm should install the GPG key for you, but here is a link anyway.
