Help with Epson Stylus 66 and compatiable ink cartridge problem

Hello,
I have a Epson Stylus C66 printer. I have been using a compabile ink
cartridge in all the slots (4) and had no problem. Now when I replaced
the yellow it now says it isn't compatible and now won't print anything
at all. Is there a way to trick it into thinking it is using an Epson
cartridge.

Can anyone help me with this? Now am stuck with no printer.

Try opening the printer control panel in your PC, open the status monitor and
select "How To" and follow the instructions for replacing a cartridge that is
not yet empty. Sounds silly? Trust me, it overcomes lots of these problems. If
that does not work you have probably been sold a compatible that is faulty.
