Lexmark local printer setup utility

I need to adjust some timeout settings on a lexmar e321. I downloaded the
local printer setup utility and installed it. This is what the manual say
you need to make these adjustments. When I try to run the program I get a
message that you must be an administrator to run the utility. The use I was
on the Windows XP machine as is an administrator. Any thoughts or
solutions??
