Multiple pages print as separate print jobs

When I set my Minolta Magicolor 2400W to print 20 copies of a page,
for example, it treats the job as though I have submitted 20 separate
print jobs. In other words, after it prints a page there is a long
pause before the next page prints. It wasn't always that way.

I don't know if the difference started with my WinXP SP2 upgrade, or
if the driver has been updated without my knowledge. Any help on
resolving this issue will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
