I'd have to guess they po'd their customers quite often. They were selling "remanufactured" HP cartridges at 90% the cost of new HP. We know how troublesome a "remanufactured" cartridge can be. I presume many customers felt cheated when they paid so much for a "remanufactured" cartridge that failed. It's okay. Won't be long there will be printers arising from Asian companies and the ink to power them as well. The big printer makers are already manufacturing in that region.
