HP LaserJet 2420

Hi,

I have a HP LaserJet 2420, i can print normally to it, however
sometimes when i send a document from MS Word, it will print the
underscores of any hyperlinks, email addresses etc...But the document
will be blank.

The document looks fine on screen, however just prints out all the
pages....but blank.

I have changed the driver for the device and tried the following: MS
generic print driver, PCL5e, PCL6, PS.

The only thing that i have noticed between documents that do print ok
and the documents that dont print ok is the font. The one that doesn't
print is using font 'Helv'.

I then thought it was a font issue, i.e. the use of a non standard
font, but then i had a similar issue using font 'Aerial'.

Any ideas?

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Cheers Z
