Good all-around fax scanner laser?

We were thinking of getting a Canon MF3240 for our small home office
startup business ( we're poor so far ), which appears to be an
excellent well-reviewed all-around machine for this, at an attractive
price.

But then I found out that some upcoming work needs to be able to be
printed on legal sized paper, and with PCL6.

Does anyone know of a good all-around well-reviewed unit that's a
similar price to the MF3240 and also has a second paper tray for legal
size, and can do PCL6 too?

If you want something that is good for "all around" for a business, go
with HP, not Brother.

HP will still be with you in a year, they have better service and
support, and they provide a better ROI.

2 trays, one for letter, one for legal?
Don't see anything about that there.

They USED to be great, my Laserjet 4p is still running, since 1989, but
I had a terrible experience with a Photosmart. Piece of trash. Broke
down 1 week after I took it out of the box, but it was 1 year after
purchase so I wasted $140. Turned me off to HP.

LOL - if you're spending $140 for a scanner/fax/laser then you're buying
junk to start with. Every vendor sells junk, and if you're going to buy
junk you get what you pay for. Brother and Epson are the worst, and HP
seems to be the most reliable and works with the most systems and
applications.

It's more than $500 (I doubt you will get what you need for less than $500
unless it is a poor make) but see
http://www.shopping.hp.com/webapp/sh...#defaultAnchor
it has PCL6 and a second legal tray
Yes it's HP, my personal experience is that their monochrome lasers are hard to
beat.

No sweetie, I said Photosmart. It was HP's photo printer. Cheap trash.

Looks like only 1 tray:

Oh I see, I should just avoid their Photosmart, I guess, and ignore the
fact that I lost $140 for 1 week of using it.
